Located in the County of Forty Mile, the Whitla Wind facility was completed on December 1, 2021, when the Phases 2 and 3 expansions achieved commercial operations (Phase 1 began commercial operations on December 1, 2019). Construction of all three phases of the facility were completed on-schedule and on-budget.
